This is a sim that will be a success, grow quickly and NOW is the time to get in on the action. This is your opportunity to shine and make a name for yourself in Second Life! The City of Hope has lovely stores available for a LOW rental price. All of the current featured designers are chosen carefully, and must meet meticulous standards. Ms. Maracas is willing to do weekly rental or split commissions, and will work with you. The mall is modern and eye catching, and even features the ever popular and must see 5 Linden Store! Note: All vendors that rent, your second week will be free of charge (Limited time only!).

There are numerous apartment and house rentals available to all residents. These are nice homes, low rental costs on a beautiful sim. What more could you ask for? The apartments are being offered at a rate of $L 75 !!! There are also apartments for sale at $L 200 a week for 50 prims usage, and cottages at $L 300 for 50 prims usage.
